Refund Policy

Lakewood Pop Warner has a strict no refund policy.   

A refund request may be considered under limited circumstances such as documented medical reasons or documented relocation out of the OEC boundaries.  If necessary, a refund request can be submitted for Board consideration via email to [email protected].  A decision will be rendered by the Board within 30 days of receipt of request. 

NOTE:  Fees for hard costs (conference assessments, credit card/online processing fees, uniform, etc.) incurred prior to request are non-refundable and will be netted from a refund amount if approved by the LPW Board of Directors.
